Polestar Engineered is a collaboration between Volvo and Polestar. The Polestar Engineered Optimisation upgrades give the familiar two-litre T8 engine 15 more horsepower and 30 more newton metres of torque.
The Polestar Engineered XC60’s equipment list includes mechanically adjustable shock absorbers in the engine compartment, which are rarely found on cars in this class, and even six-cylinder Akebono front brake calipers.

Compared to the standard XC60 T8 model, the XC60 Polestar has gained a good 50 kilos of weight. However, the power from the petrol engine, which is distributed to the front wheels, and the electric motor, which is supplied to the rear wheels, enables the large family SUV to accelerate from zero to 60 km/h in 5.4 seconds.
The exterior is topped off with Polestar’s stunning 21-inch polished black 5Y wheels!
